Fear of COVID-19 and impact on QoL Scale

This self-rating scale was developed by Prof. Tinakon Wongpakaran, MD, FRCPsychT in March 2020. It comprises of 2 parts i.e. the fear part and the impact on quality of life (QoL) part.


The try-out among 30 adults in Apr 2020 was conducted by the research team (leaded by Drs. Nochaiwong S and Rueangorn C) found that the internal consistencies of both parts are excellent i.e. 0.925 and 0.911, respectively.
