Dr. Wongpakaran was invited by Prof. Carmelle Peisah to join a presentation re Guardianship at the 2nd World Congress of aGuardianship in Melbourne 15-17 October 2012. The presentation will involve with different aspects and contexts re guardianships among 3 cultures; Thailand, Australia and Hong Kong.
